The easiest way is to log in to the Customer Panel and go to the “My data” section.
However, if you do not remember your login details and the email address previously registered with us is no longer valid, it will be necessary to send us a written request to update your email address.
The document should include the full account registration details (first and last name or company name, and address). It must be signed and sent to sprzedaz@webd.pl.
The content of the request should be:
“I REQUEST TO CHANGE THE CONTACT EMAIL ADDRESS FOR ACCOUNT (service login) TO (current email address) AND TO GENERATE A NEW PASSWORD FOR THE CUSTOMER PANEL.”
