If you want to connect a domain to your WEBD.pl hosting account, log in to cPanel and in the "Domains" section click the "Domains" option.
Then click the "Create a new domain" button located on the right-hand side.
In the "Domain" field, enter the name of the domain you want to add. It can be a regular domain or a subdomain, e.g. webd.pl or test.webd.pl.
Selecting the "Share document root" option will cause the domain to be assigned to the same folder as the default domain, which is public_html.
We do not recommend this solution.
We recommend unchecking this option. Then the domain will be saved in a subdirectory of public_html. This way, if you have several websites on the hosting account, you keep them separated and maintain order in your files.
After unchecking it, two new fields will appear.
The "Document Root" field is the path to which the domain will be assigned. By default, the domain will be linked to a folder with the same name as the domain. If your website is located in a different path, you should modify the path accordingly.
The field below — "Subdomain" — is the subdomain field, which can be ignored. The default values entered there are perfectly correct.
After entering the required information, click the "Submit" button and wait until the domain is added to the hosting account.
IMPORTANT!!!
For the domain addition process to complete successfully, you must wait until you receive a confirmation message that the domain has been added correctly. After the process is finished, the domain may not appear immediately on the list. In that case, simply refresh the page or click the "Domains" option in cPanel again.
