If you already have the auth_info code from your current domain registrar - go ahead and report it yourself via the Customer Panel - Domain transfer. Remember that we are at your disposal if necessary.
If you are transferring a Polish domain - just confirm the transfer you reported (expect an e-mail from automat@dns.pl - that's where the option to confirm the transfer will be)
However, if you have a global domain, i.e. one with extensions such as .com, .eu, .com.pl, .de, etc., its transfer will require extension of the domain's ownership for another year - so before transferring the domain, you will receive an invoice for the amount of its subscription, after paying for which we will proceed to transfer.
