After confirming an SSL certificate order, please note that the issuance process and its propagation into the system may take some time. This is a standard step in the certificate generation process.
Typically, the “Install” button appears in the Customer Panel within approximately 2 hours from the moment the certificate is confirmed. Only after this time does installation on the hosting become available.
If this time has already passed and the button is still not visible, it is possible that your domain still has CNAME records left from previous (e.g. free) SSL certificates. Such records may prevent the correct issuance of the new paid certificate.
