The overall transfer usage consists in particular of:
- website traffic (WWW),
- email services (SMTP, POP3),
- file transfers via FTP.
It is also important to remember that activities such as uploading files during website updates or ongoing site management are also counted as part of the data transfer.
The available transfer limit is renewed monthly — on the first day of each month, the usage counter is reset, ensuring consistent and predictable resource management.
