The first step in domain transfer is getting the Auth Info code from your current registrar. Remember to do this in advance - as early as possible before the end of its billing period.
If you already have the Auth Info code, you have two paths to follow:
TRANSFER OF THE DOMAIN TO THE WEBD.pl HOSTING ACCOUNT ALONG WITH THE TRANSFER OF WEBSITE DATA
The first option applies to people who have a hosting account at Webd.pl or are ready to buy one. After logging in to the customer panel, in the Domain Transfer tab, complete the form with the AuthInfo code, and then click TRANSFER YOUR DOMAIN.
You will receive a message with a verification link to the e-mail address to which the domain is registered, the confirmation of which will allow us to carry out the transfer. After we receive the confirmation, the domain will be transferred.
Then the files of the website or mail, owned by another service provider, should be copied to your hosting account at WEBD.pl - please remember to add the domain to the server beforehand - more about it HERE.
We can also help with this by valuing such transfers - then they will be done by our Admins
TRANSFER OF THE SAME DOMAIN WITH HOSTING KEEPING IN ANOTHER COMPANY
In this case, please send us your Auth Info code along with the data needed to register the domain and account, such as address, telephone number, e-mail address for contact, name and surname or company name with tax identification number.
In both cases - if you have a global domain, i.e. one with extensions such as .com, .eu, .com.pl, .de, etc. its transfer will require extension of the domain ownership for another year - so before transferring the domain, you will receive an invoice for the amount its subscription, after paying for which we will proceed to transfer.
