The Newsletter folder and the Spam folder (original folder name: Junk) are two additional folders handled by the mail server that cannot be unsubscribed from or removed.
The Newsletter folder receives all messages from subscribed newsletters that meet the standards typical for this type of communication. This allows senders to have greater confidence that their messages will not be marked as spam.
The Spam folder contains messages that have been checked by our AI-powered anti-spam system. Messages that end up in this folder usually did not receive a high enough spam score to be rejected by the server, but a sufficiently high score to prevent them from being delivered to the inbox.
If you do not want messages from a selected sender to be delivered to the Spam or Newsletter folder, you should add that sender or the sender’s domain to the Whitelist available in cPanel, which is described in more detail HERE.
