The Newsletter and Spam folders (in the mail system also referred to as Junk) are standard additional folders managed by the mail server. They are part of the message filtering system and cannot be removed or disabled.
The Newsletter folder collects messages from subscribed newsletters that meet the standard criteria for this type of communication. This helps senders ensure that their messages are less likely to be incorrectly marked as spam and are delivered to a dedicated folder.
The Spam folder contains messages classified by the anti-spam system supported by AI mechanisms. It includes emails that were not fully rejected by the server but received a high enough spam score to be excluded from the main inbox.
If you want messages from a specific sender to always reach your inbox (instead of the Spam or Newsletter folders), you can add their email address or domain to the Whitelist in cPanel — more information is available HERE.
